Kuching Water Board wished to inform consumers that it will be water supply interruption due to the leak of 800mm MSCL pipe at Tun Salahuddin Bridge as on Tuesday, 16/10/2018 at 8.30PM

Water supply from Jalan Utama, Bintawa industry will be closed tonight and Kampungs from Boyan to Matu Baru will be supplied from Gersik side only.  Consumers at the said and surrounding areas will experience low water pressure  during the said period. Effort to repair or restore the water supply will be done tomorrow. Consumers are therefore advised to be prepared for the said occasion.

The Board regrets for any inconvenience caused to our consumers. All efforts will be made to restore the water supply back to normal in the fastest time possible.

PLANNED WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION
Kuching Water Board wished to inform consumers that it would be carrying out major main pipe connection work of 300mm DI pipe at Jalan Stephen Yong Link to Desa Wira on Wednesday, 17 October 2018 from 9.00AM till 4.00PM

There is no area affected as it is using pressure tapping method, and no consumer  may experience low water pressure or water supply interruption during the said period. 

Kuching Water Board's Song Thian Cheok SBBS Counter will be permanently closed with immediate effect from 01 November 2015 until further notice.

For bill payment, kindly proceed to the following SBBS counters:
(i) Kuching Water Board (Headquarter), Jalan Batu Lintang
(ii) UTC Counter
(iii) Other SBBS Counters, i.e. POS Malaysia, H&L Supermarkets and Participating Banks

Any inconvenience cause is most regreted.

The Board regrets for any inconvenience caused to our consumers. All efforts will be made to restore the water supply back to normal in the fastest time possible.
