URGENT NOTICE OF WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION ON 31ST MAY 2018

Kuching Water Board wished to inform consumers that due to pipe burst near Vista Aman, consumers at the following areas may experience low water pressure or water supply interruption during the said period.
1. Kampung Mang, Kampung Entiggan, Kampung Nangka, Kampung Pinang, Kampung Meranek, Kampung Empilia, Kampung Tanjung Tuang, Tampung Niup, Kampung Mang Baru, Kampung Melayu, Kampung Bangka Semang, Kampung Naie, Kampung Naie Baru, Kampung Nakong, Kampung Siniawan, Kampung Sungai Mata, Kampung Semewang, and all surrounding areas. 

In the meantime, KWB is mobilizing our water tankers to the affected areas. Repair work is expected to be completed by 3.00PM on 31st May 2018.

We regret any inconveniences caused to our consumers and appreciate your understanding of the urgent nature of this issue. 

Kuching Water Board wished to inform consumers that it would be carrying out pipe connection work at Rock Road on Wednesday, 27 March 2018 at 10.00PM till 5.00AM on Thursday, 29 March 2018. The said pipe connection work will be postponed to the following day if the weather condition does not permit. 

Consumers along Jalan Timberland Medical Center, Taman Timberland, Rock Road Lorong 1, Rock Road Lorong 2, Jalan Permata, Jalan Tong Wei Tah and all of the surrounding area may experience low water pressure or water supply interruption during the said period. Consumers are therefore advised to be prepared for the said occasion. 


Kuching Water Board's Song Thian Cheok SBBS Counter will be permanently closed with immediate effect from 01 November 2015 until further notice.

For bill payment, kindly proceed to the following SBBS counters:
(i) Kuching Water Board (Headquarter), Jalan Batu Lintang
(ii) UTC Counter
(iii) Other SBBS Counters, i.e. POS Malaysia, H&L Supermarkets and Participating Banks
