Kuching Water Board (KWB) and the Sarawak Government Services Welfare and Recreation Council (Maksak) organized a health run on 24th March 2012 in conjunction with the World Water Day which caries the theme 'Water for Health'.
The health run was flagged off at 8AM at the KWB Batu Kitang Water Treatment Plant.
State Secretary Datuk Amar Mohammad Morshidi Abdul Ghani, who is also the chairman of Maksak officiated the KWB-Maksak run which managed to draw 1,200 participants.
